Registration & Sign On

When is sign on for 2026?

Sign on for the 2026 season is in January/February 2026. Pre-register at MyClubMate before sign on day.

What do I do after registering?

Fee payment is next. If your fees are paid you will be assigned a team in March. Early Bird fees are available to those who pay before the second sign on day.

I cannot make it to the sign on days to pay my fees.

Contact our Treasurer to pay your fees before the second sign on day to receive the Early Bird fee. Visit our Committee page for contact details, or pay online at MyClubMate.

I missed sign on day, what do I do?

Register at MyClubMate and contact our Treasurer to pay your fees. See our Committee page to organise payment.

Can I pay my fees in person?

Yes. Fee payments are accepted at the canteen. The canteen is open Saturdays on game days.

When are fees due?

Fees are due before training begins in March 2026. No pay. No play.

Season & Training

When does the season start?

The 2026 season begins in April. To be confirmed by your Manager/Coach once the match draw is finalised.

When does training start?

Training will begin mid-March 2026. The date and time will be confirmed by your Coach.

What days is training on?

Training sessions are run on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and will be confirmed by your Coach.

Does my registration fee include insurance?

Yes. The first point of call is the QCSA Secretary. See the QCSA website for details.

How do I find my team draw/game times?

Draw times are available on the QCSA once the draw is published: QCSA Fixtures. Don't contact QCSA directly - all communications must go through the club appointed committee.

What are the play times for the teams?

Games are played on Friday evenings and Saturdays. U6 play morning games from 8am. Individual game times can be found at QCSA Fixtures.

Where do the teams play?

U6-U8 play locally at Peter Lightfoot Oval, Middle Park.
U9 and U10 have home and away games within the QCSA Western Zone.
U11 and above have home and away games within the QCSA Divisional Zone.

Fees

What are the season fees?

We keep our fees as low as possible. Registration fees and other information can be found on our Fees page.

What is the parent participation fee?

There is a $50 Parent Participation Levy included with sign on fees. This fee can be recouped by participation. Details can be found on our Fees page.

Can I use the QLD Government “Get Started” Voucher?

Yes. Once you have the voucher, email it to tus rsq efd ab` str uvt rsq efd rsq @A? str tus cdb ab` tus str ./- opn rsq ghf ./- ab` uvt or bring it with you to the Sign On event. St Catherine's United Football Club is registered to accept these vouchers towards your registration fees.

A maximum of $150 per voucher is available per child/young person per year.

Teams & Grading

How do I find out what team I am on?

U6-U10 team allocations will be emailed to you one week after sign on days are complete. If you have any questions email rsq efd ghf @A? str tus cdb ab` tus str ./- opn rsq ghf ./- ab` uvt . U11 and above attend trials for teams held in February - an email will be sent with details.

I would like to be on the same team as a friend. Who do I talk to?

Email rsq efd ghf @A? str tus cdb ab` tus str ./- opn rsq ghf ./- ab` uvt with the names of both players and the age group (e.g. U11).

Do I have to complete a grading?

Gradings are done for U11-U14 teams where we have multiple teams in an age group. Grading is completed by two club officials with direction of the team coaches. If a player does not attend grading they will be placed in a team with space.

Equipment & Clothing

What equipment does my child need?

Training jerseys and game day playing jerseys are supplied by the club as part of registration fees. The team kit is: Black Shorts, St Cats Club Socks, Shin Guards & Soccer Boots (compulsory for over 6yo to play).

Where can I buy the required clothing and equipment?

Black Shorts, St Cats Club Socks and Shin Guards are available through the Merchandise Co-ordinator. You can purchase through our Online Merchandise Shop 24/7, or in person at St Cats Wednesday evenings 6:30-8pm outside the canteen, or on Game Day Saturdays at the Merchandise Tent 7am-12pm near the cricket nets.

When is the canteen open?

The canteen is open 8am to 1pm on Saturdays during the football season. The canteen will be open at various times during the week for merchandise during training - times will be advised via email.

Sponsorship & Volunteering

Can I sponsor a St Cats team?

Community sponsors are the reason we are able to keep our club fees so low. If you would like to sponsor a team please contact our Sponsorship Co-ordinator at str pqo opn nom str opn rsq str hig ijh pqo @A? str tus cdb ab` tus str ./- opn rsq ghf ./- ab` uvt .

How much does it cost to sponsor a team?

For a U6, U7 or U8 team the sponsorship cost is $270. For all other teams the cost is $300.

How can I get involved with helping the club?

There are many ways you can help support the club - from managing or coaching a team, to helping with fundraising activities. We are a community club and would love to have you on board.
